The consultation fee is non-refundable. However, if you decide to go ahead with your custom-made order, then the consultation fee will be credited to the final cost of your custom order.

All custom order inquiries must book a consultation.

The consultation fee must be paid at the same time a consultation appointment is being booked (if you have not already done so; Book an appointment date now to secure your slot.)
