A non-refundable consultation fee is required. However, if you decide to go ahead with your custom-made order, then the consultation fee will be credited to the final cost of your custom-order.
During the consultation session, we will go over some questions so that our creative director can get to know your design preferences, design ideas, any special design detail requests, and potential fabric options. From there our creative director can develop a final design concept for your custom order. Your measurements will also be taken.
The final cost of your custom made garment depends on the fabric of choice, complexity of your design, and amount of fabric needed. Custom made garments are done to your measurements, design specifications and requirements. Therefore, production time may range from 4 - 24 weeks (1 to 6 months).
If your item is needed before the specified production time, kindly note that a rush fee will be applicable and must be paid at the same time the custom order is being made. Also, note that we cannot accommodate all rush order requests.
Custom order is not confirmed until the required deposit has been paid. There are no refunds of deposit once production has started on your custom-made garment.
